After you provide us with your property information, we will evaluate its development potential. We look at current market value, the costs associated with development and any encumbrances on the property to calculate the highest possible offer for your land. We'll contact you to discuss the offer.
Now is the time to come together on price and resolve any other complications associated with the property. We are experienced at dealing with tax, title, owner, mortgage, easement, lease and any other land related problems that you might have.
When negotiations are complete, we will create a purchase agreement that reflects the terms we discussed. After the contract is signed, escrow will open and a title examination will begin. All of the necessary professionals will be organized and a closing schedule will be outlined.
Once a clear title has been established, we will coordinate with you to decide a closing date. Our path to closing is managed by professionals using the standard process for land sale and transfer. We will organize everything so that all you have to do is review the documents, sign and get paid.
